Our standard delivery is via USPS priorty. All deliveries have to be signed for. Insurance is optional but highly recommended as occasionally USPS does lose and/or damage packages. If a package is damaged or lost during shipping, it will be your responsibility to contact your local USPS and file the insurance claim. If no insurance was purchased you will not have any recourse.

Address Responsibility Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed or lost by incorrect address information supplied by you during the checkout process.

If your order requires to be addressed to an altertive person, other than you, please e-mail us immediatly, ensuring we are advised of this PRIOR TO DISPATCH.

Failed Deliveries

Non-deliveries can generally be collected from your local USPS. However, if an order is returned to us from the USPS for non-delivery, a minimum charge of $8.95 will be made for a re-delivery. USPS will generally only keep a non-delivered item for 7 days. After this, it will be returned to us, which can take up to a further 7 days for us to receive. We will ONLY hold a parcel for up to 5 days prior to returning it to inventory.

Lost/Delayed Orders

In the unlikely event your goods do not arrive to you within 10 working days from our dispatch confirmation to you, please e-mail us quoting your name, delivery address and tracking number. If after 15 working days your goods have still not arrived to you and were sent via the USPS Priority Delivery system, you can lodge a complaint and file a claim for lost goods. If the goods are confirmed by the USPS as undelivered/lost, it will be your rsponsibility to file a lost package claim with your local USPS for investigation.

Discreet Delivery

All deliveries are sent in discreet and plain packaging. The invoice documentation will also be inside the packaging, which offers you confidentiality at the highest level.
